Payouts in transit after Bank account Change

I have added a bank account to my store and have been reciving payouts perfectly fine


however, my bank has since frozen my account and now I've had to open a business account with another bank


I have 3 payouts in transit, what happens to these payments now that the account they are being sent to is inactive and may not get turned back on again

So if your account is frozen or has been cancelled, then your payout should be rejected in a few days by the bank. It might take an extra 48 hours for that to be rejected though. Who is your payment gateway? As well, have you updated your payout details to your new bank account info? This way, any new payouts will be automatically sent to the correct account and if your current payouts are rejected, the system will issue payment to the new account. 


My best recommendation would be to wait the extra 48 hours for the payments in transit to adjust accordingly. If you see any errors from there, I'm happy to take a closer look into it with you!
