My Shopify incoming payments are not processing, and they've been pending for a long time, is there something I am doing wrong? Please help.

Thanks for taking the time to share your concern here on our Community forums.

I'd like to check out a couple of things with you here, to see what we can see.

Could you confirm for me which payment gateway was used to pay for these orders?

You can check this out for yourself by clicking in to view a specific order and then scrolling down to view the order timeline.

There will be an entry there showing which payment gateway was used to make this payment and any other info available from the gateway on this order.

If you're using Shopify Payments, would you have completed the setup for this gateway, or, if using PayPal, have you finished connecting the PayPal account you wish to use?

Check out that info in your admin and let me know here what you can see so we can check out what our next steps might be here!
