Paypal issues?

Hello, I just completed my opening weekend. I had it set up to accept Paypal and the button is visible on the site. Someone used it to pay but I didn't have linked to an account yet. I just set up the link but there's no payment? It's not pending - it says paid under orders but the money is nowhere to be found. Help!

Hey, @SecretCrowds 

Happy to help out. Within that order, you should see details on how the order was paid along with it's status. Could I get you to take 2 screenshots:

1. One screenshot of the Order Timeline (example below)

2. Screenshot of the line item stating the payment was processed via Paypal, with it expanded (clicking the arrow to the right, example below)

When you view the breakdown of the payment in the above screenshot, you will see information such as the status of the payment.
