I am sorry to hear that you have not received the expected payout via PayPal. If you go to Settings > Payment you will be able to see what PayPal account is connected to your Shopify. Shopify often automatically attaches the PayPal account associated with the account owner email. If this is incorrect you can Deactivate PayPal and then connect the correct account. If you are still waiting on this payout I would recommend reaching out to PayPal directly here.
