I'm reaching out because klarna payments are still pending. Next weekend I will close down the eValent platform which means that I no longer can offer Klarna in the checkout. It would be great if my application could be pushed forward. If not, I have to hide the Klarna option in the checkout and I cannot find a solution for that. Ideas?
If you integrated Klarna as a local payment method within Shopify Payments, Shopify handles support for that integration, and you hopefully will get a faster response opening a Shopify support case directly.
If you integrated Klarna as an alternative payment method (not within Shopify Payments), please contact Klarna merchant support at http://klarna.com/merchant-support for direct support.
To not display Klarna in your checkout, can you unselect the Klarna option in your Shopify Payments configuration? or deactivate the alternative payment method.
