Hi, @Ben_maskandgel!

Do you know if your store is currently frozen due to non-payment? Or did you pay that invoice? Were you planning on keeping the store open, or were you going to cancel it?

hi @Brie,

I have the same problem that i just open store for testing new theme and after that i totally forgot it. I closed this store immediately after received a notification about charging for the monthly plan. So can I get refund? Hope you reply me soon.

Hello,

I really need the money that withdrawed from my account. I was testing Shopify for a while and I wanted to see how it works so I did the 14 day free trial. I forgot to cancel the plan, and $48.00 was taken out of my account. Is there a way I can get a refund, I really need it.
