Printful not updating shopify fulfillment status and sending tracking email

I placed a test order on my POD store using Printful and the order went through, but it has since been fulfilled, shipped, and received but the Shopify status never changed from "pending fulfillment". I also never received an email stating that the order was shipped and provide a tracking number. I already set my store settings to not automatically fulfill orders, as Printful instructed. The only anomaly I made was changing the order on Printful to correct the size. Would that cause the order to de-sync from Shopify?


Also, I currently cannot mark the order as "fulfilled". It keeps showing "pending fulfillment" no matter what I do.
