For the last few years, we have been using the Printify Shipping Calculator to automate our shipping rates. This has worked well without any problems. Until now.
Today we added a print-on-demand product from SPOD to replace a discontinued Printify product. SPOD charges shipping based on the order value. We set up a new shipping profile for SPOD, which works well when customers only buy only the SPOD product.
However, when a customer adds a Printify product to their basket, the Printify Shipping Calculator only presents one option called "Shipping" for $22.00. This is well below the shipping cost for both items. Any suggestions or solutions welcome.
