Problem between Shopify And Garanti Sanal Pos

Hi, shopify explains it has an agreement with Garanti Sanal Pos about getting payments. Garanti keeps 3D secure obligatory and don't let us to get payments without 3D secure. But shopify doesn't support this 3D secure with Garanti. 

So i really couldn't understand what kind of u have an agreement with Garanti Sanal Pos? Many users like as me believe shopify's explaining Garanti Sanal Pos is a payment gateways supported in Turkey. But doesn't work correctly!

Garanti Sanal POS is available as an online store payment gateway in Turkey, so if you have an online store, then you should be able to use them to take your credit card payments online. This Gateway would have been created by Garanti Sanal Pos to work in the Shopify system

We do have merchants who are using this gateway right now, so I wonder had you spoken to Garanti Sanal POS at their Contact details here and what did they mention about the error message popping up when you try to pay by card using this Gateway?

I also checked their documentatioan and didn't see anyting about them being 3D secure, can you share that link where you see that here?

I would like to use the Garanti Bank virtual POS for my own international sales site from TURKEY.
But I have my doubts about it.

A customer who will make a purchase from any country in the world,In case of encountering 3D security inquiry too much trouble for my international sales.
What can i do for clarity of this matter?

Daha önce Paypal den halledebiliyorduk işlerimizi ama artık bu sistem yok.

I activate Garanti pos with the company and terminal id, but it makes payment methods such as iyzico or payu passive. Can I use both iyzico and garanti on my site?

Garanti ecommerce support team side does not have information about shopify. It just sends the setup file. How can I move forward?

Garanti pos'u şirket ve terminal id'si ile aktif hale getiriyorum fakat iyzico veya payu gibi ödeme yöntemlerini pasif duruma getiriyor. Sitemde hem iyzico hemde garantiyi kullanabilir miyim?

Garanti eticaret tarafı shopify hakkında bilgiye sahip değil. Sadece kurulum dosyası gönderiyor. Nasıl ilerleyebilirim?
