Problem with package

I ordered a package from defineposture.com the 14th november and I still havent gotten an e-mail that said it was sent. I've tried to contact the store owner, but they won't answer. When i try to connect to the store i just get connected to a shopify website, so i cant even visit their website anymore.
What should i do?

Sorry to hear this has happened to you. As Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves so we wouldn't have any information on your order I'm afraid. We do however have a detailed FAQ page here about this to help you with the next steps.
