Products not going into general profile

So I have only one customer shipping profile beside the default General profile. It's for stickers, which I ship from my home office. All other products should go into the General shipping profile as Shopify states in the shipping section. Only a handful of my products have gone into there and 80% of them are actually items that don't require shipping. 

Can anyone tell me what new items are not going into the General Shipping Profile and how to get them in there. I ask because Shopify is charging for only one item when the customer buys two, while Printful is charging me for both items shipped. So I'm losing money.
