Razorpay Refund not reflecting in Shopify dashboard

Hi, I just launched my store and carried out a test transaction via an alternative payment service (Razorpay). I then cancelled the order and issued a normal refund via Razorpay (5-7 days vs their instant refund). The order page now shows 0.00 but the Shopify dashboard still does not reflect the refund and shows I have received payment.  

How do I process refunds for customers without messing up my store sales stats?
