Recently Changed Fulfillment Centers - Now Customer Shipping Confirmation Emails...

Hi all. We recently changed our fulfillment center and are not experiencing some issues with the shipping confirmation displaying "OTHER" instead of the actual courier.

 

From my understanding, Shopify populates this when a valid tracking number is issued. While our tracking numbers are valid, we're still not getting the updated courier information.

 

Our fulfillment center is certain this is a configuration on the Shopify side, but we have our couriers set and displaying.

 

Any idea what we need to do to make sure our courier is being displayed with our shipping confirmation emails?
