Refund Items

I am trying to refund an oders that has been partially fullfilled. One Item was removed as stock not available. The Order is telling me I owe the customer X and should refund it.

 

But there is no refund Button on the order anywhere.

 

How can I refund the customer?

Hi, @TrioTrading!

 

I'm Miles from the Social Care team at Shopify.

 

If you've already partially refunded an order, the refund button may be relabelled to "Restock". If you click that, it'll take you to the order and you'll see an option to refund on the right hand side. I've attached an example of what this may look like in a test store below:

 

 

 

If you're still running into issues or the restock button is also not displayed, please don't hesitate to let me know. If you have any screenshots of the order page, please attach them as well!

Hi Miles,

 

I  have attempted that but the order is displaying....This is a free order.
