Refunding an order that was paid for with SagePay

Hi,

We use SagePay for our online orders along with PayPal. When we try to issue a refund for an order paid for with SagePay, it shows the option only to restock an item and shows 'this is a free order', with £0 refunded - is there a workaround around this so we can show that we have refunded something to keep our records straight?

Hi

 

You have to enter the amount you want to refund only then you will be able to refund

Did you have any lucky with this Toby? I am in the same situation, i have to do the refund through MySage but cant do anything in shopify.

Sadly we found no solution. I have put notes in the orders I have
partially refunded via SagePay and then printed a copy of the invoice
off and wrote this on the invoice, then given to the accountant to
sort.. so far from ideal.
