Requesting refund for subscription plan

Hi Shopify team,

I received an email notifying me that a payment had gone through from Shopify for the monthly subscription. I completely forgot that I had a trial store with a selected plan that I did not close until today. I did not want to continue on using the store and didn't even know that I still have the store. I'd like a refund as I currently can't afford to lose any cash due to my current situation and really need this money. Could you please help?

In order to help out, I'll first need to get a bit more information from you and take a closer look into the account in question.
