Royal Mail Click and Drop not updating orders

Hi all,

Im panicking a bit here as my Royal Mail click and drop app isn't updating.

It isn't recognizing all my new orders and seems stuck 2 days ago.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no success.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

 

I'm currently having the same issue, the last order that synced was on Monday!

 

Terrible time for us to be having issues. :( I'll be contacting click and drop support.

So uninstalling/reinstalling etc. isn't going to help i'm afraid.

Thanks buddy, I thought it was just me.
I few of my orders are resends to so the customers are screaming at me!

Hi all!

 

Don here from Shopify.

 

As @JonWright mentioned above, this is a known issue affecting that Royal Mail service as integrated with Shopify.

 

We're aware of this and working to resolve what we can from our side, though our only advice at the moment is to reach out to Royal Mail directly to see if there's anything they would suggest.

 

Otherwise, it would just be necessary to wait while this is being worked on.

We have the same problem, thanks for posting the work-around by importing the orders, it helps but still a right pain!
