SKU not found - Oberlo

Hello,

so I received a customer order. This is not my first order, so I know how it works. I go to oberlo, I order the product with oberlo which autocomplete the customers information (product, shipping adress). But when I clicked on "order product", it bring me on aliexpress (So everything is fine) except that there is a error coming from the oberlo extension which said "SKU not found". What does it means? The supplier still deliver the product... I don't understand. What do I have to do? Do I have to manually put my customer information to order the product? 

(Sorry for my bad spelling, I am a french-canadian)

Nick here from Shopify. Really good questions! 

This happens if the AliExpress seller has made changes to their product page. What you will need to do if this happens is to perform a product override. The Oberlo team has a great guide for this going into more detail which you can see here as well as a YouTube tutorial going through the steps below:
