Sagepay error 'No shopping basket provided'

I've just moved my website over to Shopify and have set up to accept Sagepay.

Orders placed through Sagepay via my previous platform passed through the basket, to show in the 'Additional Details' section of the transaction, but I have just received an order through Shopify via Sagepay and the basket is missing, with the info 'No shopping basket provided'.

Any know what I'm doing wrong?

I know this was a long time ago now but did you ever get an answer to this? I'm struggling with this at the moment...
