I'm setting up my store in Singapore and I'm wondering what the community have done or how they have handeled overseas shipments. We've been a little ocnfused at the thinking behind packaging vs branding for overseas as well as which is the right companies to use to lower costs.

Instead of using one one solution for separate functionalities, it is always better to use a single solution for all functionalities. For example, you can use the Multi Carrier Shipping label app for showing rates at checkout, generating labels, scheduling pickups, generating manifests, tracking shipments. Moreover, for damage recovery you can even opt for insurance as a special service in carrier(FedEx, UPS) using the app.
