Sendle Partnership with Shopify

Hi, I received an email from Shopify this week saying that Sendle was available to Shopify stores straight from the website and that a discounted rate is offered. I've been looking into using Sendle as it is cheaper than Australia Post and they collect from you. 


What I'm wondering is:

- Are there associated costs from Shopify that I need to know about/weren't explained in the email?

- Do I need to set something different up to be able to use this feature?

I have been using Sendle in our Shopify store since Feb '20 - when I set it up our 3PL where having issues trying to access/process orders.  I then discovered another app ReadToShip which connected to Sendle however made the processing of our orders easier for our 3PL. 

It took a little bit of getting used to but much smoother and Ready To Ships customer service is great.  I'm sorry I can't say the same about Sendles. From my personal experience you can only access support via email and it usually takes up to 2 days to get a response.  I'm based in Australia
