Setting up Fedex rates in Shopify

I'm having some trouble with creating a shipping zone with my FedEx account. I've integrated Fedex in my store (paramountc.myshopify.com) and when I'm in the check out process I get the following message in my test account. Also, I'd like to add a flat rate shipping to my check out.
