Shipping Fee to different areas in the Philippines (e.g. Cities, Region, etc)

Currently, we have a problem wherein we want to add a certain Shipping Fee to different areas in the Philippines (e.g. Cities, Region, etc)

Is there a way to do that? I'm hoping there is because we currently have a challenge in selling items outside the Country's Capital (Manila)
