Shipping ID when a product has two parts

Hi, 

 

So we use Channel Advisor and push all our Skws to Shopify. We created a few products in Channel Advisor that are pairs of single products. When a pair is shipped out it is usually actually 2 shipments. When tracking is pushed to Shopify it only puts one tracking ID in and not the other. Does anyone know of a way to have two tracking Id fields for shopify or any work around? If it helps, we do also have Shopify Plus
