Shipping Issue With Red Stag Distribution Integration

We recently started working with a distribution center (Red Stag) that we are using their integration to send orders and they are shipping some of our products to our customers. We only have about 8 SKU's being fulfilled by the distribution center for now for a test period and we recently noticed that when an order is placed that combines any of the distribution center SKU's and one of our SKU's, Shopify is charging double for shipping.  I confirmed with Red Stag that their system integration doesn't charge additional shipping and our shipping methods haven't been changed.

 

Shopify isn't offering any phone support right now apparently, so I thought I'd reach out and see if anyone else has experienced a similar issue or if you have any idea on a fix.  Thank you
