Hello, I need help with Shipping. I have set up a shipping profile for free shipping for products that weigh 5ilbs or more, but I am also offering free shipping on an order of $75.00 dollars or more. Is this possible to set up? Or is this insanely stupid. What can you recommend? Please help. Thanks

Hello @Houseposh,

 

You can easily set this up from the Shipping settings.

 

Go to Shipping settings > Manage Rates < Create the zones (or select it if you have already set) < Add rate < Add conditions

 

  • Select Based on item weight and set up as shown below, Save

  • Again go to add rates, select based on order price

Hello,

I am having a slightly different issue.  I have set up a shipping profile to ship products from our Brick and Mortar store.  However, the products that I have added to the profile receive an error when the user attempts to check out.  The user completes the check out process but is then told that the products are not available for shipping to their home.

 

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

You can try going into
1. Shipping settings
2. Click manage rates under your shipping profile
3. When you click on manage rates it will give you all the addresses your
product will ship from. Make sure your retails physical address is included
in the “ship from” category. If your address is not listed add the address
and conduct a test order and that should fix the issue. Hope that helps :)
