Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey! My shop is based in Ontario, Canada.
It was brought to my attention today that my shop wasn't shipping to Texas. So I went in a created a separate shipping rate by creating a profile. In doing so the customer was able to check out. However, I also had a separate profile for other provinces in Canada because the shipping prices are ridiculous so I need to charge a higher flat-rate. But that takes all the products available away.
Can anyone help me set up my shipping to reflect what I need? I'm now trying to just use the Canada Post calculator as a shipping option instead of a flat rate so it's more accurate to where the buyer lives. But now the USA addresses are being met with "seller doesn't ship here" messages. I'm at a loss!
Thanks to anyone who can help.
