UPS Ground, and all USPS options should be available to our customers at checkout, yet during some tests we've done, USPS doesn't always show up at checkout, or only one USPS option will appear. For example, we entered an Ocean City, NJ address and the options that came up were UPS Ground, USPS Priority 1-Day, and USPS Priority 1-Day Express. This may be resulting in higher shipping costs for the customer when there are actually cheaper options available

Lou_Ann_Gleason : Usually, the shipping options show up based on weight of the shipment, Ship From address of the shipment, Destination address of the shipment, and many more factors like special services that are applicable at that time. In your case, you can verify if your shipment is eligible for which services by going to the UPS and USPS price calculators. If the calculator displays services which are not shown in your Shopify checkout, then you can approach Shopify support to check this out. Alternatively, you can use the Multi carrier shipping app that will show each and every service which is available for that destination. In addition, you can put in your own UPS and USPS accounts and get cheaper negotiated rates from them.
