Shipping options not working correctly

Hello,

UPS Ground, and all USPS options should be available to our customers at checkout, yet during some tests we've done, USPS doesn't always show up at checkout, or only one USPS option will appear.  For example, we entered an Ocean City, NJ address and the options that came up were UPS Ground, USPS Priority 1-Day, and USPS Priority 1-Day Express.  This may be resulting in higher shipping costs for the customer when there are actually cheaper options available

Could you please help us figure this out?

Adding on to this...The shipping costs are MUCH higher via Shopify right now for UPS and USPS compared to just going through UPS.com and USPS.com.  We don't have additional fees added to shipping costs so why would this be?
