I have many customers that send care packages to schools/universities. Virtually all of these addresses include a "Box" or "Mailbox" number. When entered into the Apt/Suite field on the shipping address form, the address is rejected. The only way I can get it to work is to remove any non-numerical characters from the Apt/Suite field. However, this is non-intuitive to the customer, and unless they call to ask how to do it, they give up and I lose the order. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you in advance!
