Lizzy here, I’m a Shopify support Guru.

 

I would be happy to look into this for you. Our system won't charge a store that's closed so I'd like to dig in, to see if it's possible there are multiple accounts. There is also a chance the store wasn't closed entirely, as you need to follow the prompts and enter you password after clicking on the option to cancel your account. This page here has a video with all of the steps.

 

I've sent you an email so that we can take a look at you account, and work out what has happened.

Hello,

I would like to know, why am I still getting charged for an account that I already closed? I am really disappointed in your service. They charged me what I owed and I checked to make sure that I didn't owe anything before closing my account, so I made sure to pay the $29 dollars and I then had no more payments. After I paid for it I proceeded to close my account because I didn't want to use it anymore. So tell me why are you still charging me for a closed account? Please reach out to me because I can't tolerate this type of behavior, it is sickening.
