Hi,

 

I'm from Malaysia and this is my first time setting up Shopify.

 

When I first set up the store, I use USA as store address and try to set up Shopify Payment without realising it is not supported in Malaysia and also without realising that Shopify Payment is activated on my store. Now the problem is I have got a sale and the client paid using Shopify payment. I got to know this after I received an email from Shopify to complete setting up Shopify Payment. I have since deactivated Shopify Payment and now using PayPal instead.

Can anyone assist now that the payment is stuck in Shopify Payment?

Hi, can anyone assist me? The payment will be refunded to client if I don't set up the Shopify Payment within three days.
