Shopify Payments Photo ID not valid

Hi, 

Shopify is requesting the Photo ID for Shopify payments.  I've uploaded the driver licence numerous times the past 2 weeks but still says not valid. Any ideas why?

This has been my challenges on how to upload my photo identity verification, i  have try all methods passport , Government issued ID and  drivers license none  was uploaded, any help on how to go about this we be so appreciative

I have this same issue and it’s as if the error is stuck there at the at the top. I’ve done all I can and I’m still not getting anywhere. This is particularly very annoying since they will hold any funds you have.

Hi,

I actually didn't have problem uploading the IDs.  My problem was I didn't know why it did not verify. So I emailed CS instead and they responded within 24 hrs. 

For me there was an actual mismatch from my ID with the info they have on file, (DOB for me), therefore it kept saying Photo ID not valid. 

I would suggest to email them directly as well and ask them why. It worked for me so.
