I am really angry with Shopify Payments gateway. I'm using Manual Acquiring of order, some customer call me in angry beacouse They see in theirs bank accounts two movement: one authorized and one captured. A real Example:
Customer Make an order for 135€ (On 06 April 2020) We modify order and the amount is 128€ We manually acquire 128€
The customer see in his bank account both 135€(pending) and 128€. The customer called me on 22 Aprile (AFTER 12 WORKING DAY)
Is very astonishing this delay. Are you also experiencing this delay?
