Shopify Payments it not paying me (It's been over a week now)

Hey guys,

It's been over a week now that I am supposed to get paid and I am simply not.

 

Everytime time the Scheduled date arrives, it just does not send the money, and it skips the date.

I have called Shopify for the 4th time now and they are not helping at all.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hey Don,

I oppened this ticket because the support I got was pretty useless and I wanted to know if anyone had this issue too.

If it gets fixed on January 8th, I will close this post.

Yes, I started experiencing this same issue in late December. Not pleased!

They fixed it for me, the reason was that the holiday season. 

It is working for me now, same. Only happened at the end of December/early January. Now it's fine.

Hi, thanks for your follow-up! When it first happened, it was at the holidays so I just assumed that might be the reason with banks being closed some days, etc. Although it happened again just this past week so I find that very odd. It shows as scheduled for the date you expect to see, and then you look again and it's pushed out an entire week. I came here looking for other posts in case it was happening to other folks. Very happy to hear yours is all sorted now :)

Same to me, simply put a date far away and don't touch it, that's what worked for me. 

I had an entire week I had to wait, but it's what ever, it fixed it.
