This is the relevant specialist team who will be equipped to investigate the issue you have reported and who will be able to provide any relevant advice on this.
I would advise you to continue working with them via email, as this is the specialist team you will need to be in contact with so there is nothing further for me to add from here.

Hi, thanks for your follow-up! When it first happened, it was at the holidays so I just assumed that might be the reason with banks being closed some days, etc. Although it happened again just this past week so I find that very odd. It shows as scheduled for the date you expect to see, and then you look again and it's pushed out an entire week. I came here looking for other posts in case it was happening to other folks. Very happy to hear yours is all sorted now :)
