Shopify Payments verification fail

Hi, I have these two warnings in red in my shopify store, I have read the relevant pages articles, I have edited my information as requested but I still have these warnings?:

1. "Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold because your account information needs to be verified. Your customers can still checkout while your payouts are on hold. Learn more"

2. "Some of the information you provided for Shopify Payments couldn't be verified. Please contact support to complete the verification. Contact Support"

I have clicked on Learn More and Customer Support, read the pages, completed the actions, nothing changes with the warnings. I would appreciate support from a human please, please can you help me ?
