Royal Mail Click and Drop is not receiving order imports today (for me). I see that there was an update by C&D last night but the status page is showing green. I have logged out of everything and back in. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Same here. An order placed at 20:15 last night went over to Click and Drop as normal, but the last one (placed at 23:57) failed to transfer. We had this same problem last month - it was resolved after a day or so, presumably by an update from either Royal Mail or Shopify.
I called RM Click & Drop customer services yesterday afternoon. They were aware that a small number of customers were affected and asked for my account number because they were forwarding it to the technical team dealing with the issue. If you're still having problems, I recommend you do the same.
