Hello! I was buying something from the shop Juniper, which uses Shopify. I filled in all my information, but I have a different billing and shipping address. I switched them and I got the error saying that I used the incorrect zip code. However, I got notified that I was charged from that from my bank even though I got no confirmation anywhere else saying my order is in. The statement says that I was charged. Please help! I don't want to double pay for this.
