Nick here from Shopify. Glad to hear you got the right bank account sorted for your store now.
Can I ask where you're based, please? Something to note is that in the UK, or any EU based bank accounts, it's not possible to attempt a payout reversal. Something else is if 10 days have passed, the payout will likely have already gone through and this would be something best sorted outside of Shopify.

Are you trying to change the bank account your store is associated with or just to connect your store with a bank account? Can I ask what exactly you mean by
it is not showing it on our dashboard. please help, we've tried everything

I'm not sure why this might be exactly, I would need a closer look in your store admin. Have you reached out to our support team about this already and gotten a ticket number?
