Shopify policy on comission for fraudulent charges

Hello,

I was contacted by someone whose credit card was used without her authorization to purchase an item from our online store. After I refunded her the full amount of the unauthorized charge, I was still charged by Shopify for their commission, despite never having fulfilled the order. Is there anyway to get reimbursed? What is Shopify's commission policy for fraudulent charges? Please advise. Thank you.
