A month or so ago I had a dimension overage from UPS and was charged $885. It was fairly quick and easy to speak with UPS to receive a credit back for the amount, but I’m having trouble receiving the refund from Shopify.
I have a confirmation code from UPS confirming the refund as well as the dates, but Shopify is saying they have to launch an investigation to confirm what I’m saying is true. (Even though a 5 minute phone call to UPS from Shopify would confirm the refund.)
It’s been nearly 3 weeks since UPS has credited back the charge, but Shopify is dragging their feet returning my money. Anyone else have an issue like this?
