Some Items In Your Cart Don’t Ship to Yout Location error

Hello all, 

I am working on getting my site up & running and am having a bit of a logistical issue. I am offering local delivery only as my shipping method of choice because I am only going to serve my city when I open. The model works like this: Customers purchase a subscription option & a bundle to start with. If you add both of those options to the cart and try to check out, you get the dreaded “Some Items In Your Cart Can’t Ship to Your Location” message. I have the subscription product highlighted as not a physical product, so no shipping is required for it. In fact, if I try to check out separately with both items, I have no issues with local delivery being the option. it is only when they are combined that I am having this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
