When fulfilling the order, do you see an option to create a shipping label? If so, is the issue that you are simply not seeing "Standard Shipping" as an option when prompted to select a shipping method? Which shipping carrier are you trying to use? Have you been able to print shipping labels for this particular rate in the past?
