Hello, I've run into an issue with Stripe and I was hoping you could help me.
It just says that payment could not be conducted at this time or something like that on the checkout payment page.
My 14 days trial period is over. And I have chosen the plan and it has already deducted. So what can be the problem? I have tested with three credit card and still showing the same error. The customer is not able to pay. please help with this.
If you're receiving this error message at checkout, I would recommend speaking to your payment processor about the status of your account and asking them if there's anything on their end that may be preventing customers from using the gateway to pay for their orders. We are not able to look into the details of your Stripe account so you would need to check with them directly.
