Supplier cannot ship using e-packet! Please help!

Hi all,

I have recently made about 6 orders from the one supplier, and I paid and ordered the goods.

They have since contacted me and said they are now unable to ship using e-packet, only Ali Express Standard Shipping.

So I have since cancelled my orders as the supplier was unable to ship the products using e-packet.

The supplier said I need to cancel them, then re-order the products using Ali Express Standard Shipping.

How do I do this exactly? Do I need to manually import the details for the sale?

I have no idea and really need help to fulfill these orders for my customers.
