Why isn't my Printful order showing up in the dashboard after syncing with Shopify?

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to test a Shopify store in development mode with Printful.
I simulated the purchase of the item, the order was created and showed in Shopify orders section, also I got the email notification as expected. The order shows up paid in Shopify, also I manually requested its fulfillment (I thought I had to do this because it didn't happen automatically) and now it says fulfillment in progress in Shopify dashboard.
The problem is this order does not show up in Printful's dashboard.

Any clues on this?

Printful should automatically pull the order once it has been created. However; this may not apply if you've created a draft order and marked the order as paid. Alternatively, the product you ordered may not be synced with Printful which can cause the order to not sync. In either case, I would recommend contact Printful support directly as they can help troubleshoot this further. You can view Printfuls help centre here
