Temporary Pause on my Store payments from Shopify

Hi Everybody, 

Shopify team add Temporary Pause on my Store payments, as they required tracking numbers from us.

I replied them several times but they don't  replying  and waiting from last week. 

Our support ticket ID is 18095827.

Kindly help us in this matter ASAP.

We appreciate your patience with this as the team are working incredibly hard to respond to all the affected merchants due to the COVID19 effect that it has had on stores worldwide.
