I keep getting the no Shipping available for your cart or address.... I have tried all the "solutions" listed in the treads here. Nothing seems to work... Very frustrating!!

Hi All Tech, I was able to fix it from the shipping Menu by creating a new shipping rate for a new shipping zone.
Settings >> Shipping
