I have yet to completely set up the bank account to receive the shopify payments funds.
I am worried that I will not complete it by the given date, and I have about $230 waiting in shopify payments funds.
If I will not set it up by the date mentioned, I understand that I will not be able to receive payments through shopify payments until I do. But, what about the funds I already received ?
Will they be put on hold until I verify? or will I lose the money?

I would recommend reaching out to Shopify Support and let them know of the dilemma you're having. If your bank is making it hard to connect, then let Support know that. Surely they'll do something for you if there's a hold-up from your bank. They just have to be aware of the issue. Is there something in particular keeping you from completing this before the given date?
