Transferred store ownership - need help with Shopify payments

as the title hints...


We have had this store for a few years.  Due to a personal split, the store ownership has been transferred to me from the previous owner (my ex).

The bank account has been changed (about 3 months ago).  I have the message that I need to submit documentation to continue receiving Shopify payments.

But the message is to my ex, not me.  I need to (1) get her name off, and mine on and (2) update the documentation for account info.

I'm logged in under the new owner account, but can't fix this


I can't see how to unsnarl this.
