UPS Ship FROM address help

I need to update my store's address on the UPS account created by Shopify.  I contacted UPS and they said Shopify has to do it because they created the account.  I emailed Shopify Support and I haven't heard back.  What is the turn around time for a response to my email?  Is there another way I can contact someone?
